THE management of Igbinedion University, Okada in Edo state has formally confirmed Oyo gubernatorial aspirant, Adeolu Akande as substantive Professor of Political Science in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration under the College of Arts and Social Sciences of the University. According to a statement issued by Obajide Ilugbo, Head, Public & External
