Some eligible voters in different locations in Abuja are finding it difficult obtaining their Permanent Voters Card ,PVC, in the ongoing registration exercise. DAILY POST can authoritatively report that in many locations, residents seeking their ‘voters card’ are turned down by officials of the Independent Nation Electoral Commission, INEC, over insufficient working tools and manpower.
